I am a recent recipient of Liposuction. At the same time, I am started the HCG diet.
My lipo occurred a little over a week ago. Not a bad procedure to get the post-hysterectomy tummy fat off.
Now, I am starting HCG. Since tummy is sore, injecting in to upper underside arm flab. I am loading and really do not like doing so. Gorging makes me sick.
Also, beginning an exercise program. Not super strenuous, but OK for HCG.
